Subject: Stage II (8%) Overrun Entitlement North of Kemmerer

Due to forecasted colder than normal weather and to preserve
Northwest Pipeline’s system balancing and cold-weather line
pack targets, Northwest is declaring a Stage II (8%) Overrun
Entitlement for all Receiving Parties north of the Kemmerer
compressor station effective Gas Day Tuesday, February 4,
2025. This entitlement includes all points on the Spokane,
Wenatchee and Grants Pass laterals, and shall continue until
further notice.
Please secure adequate supply to meet demand and avoid drafting
the system.
