Northwest is reminding customers that storage accounts are
nearing full across the system and will have limited on-system
balancing for the holiday week. Northwest is advising shippers
to stay on rate or utilize off-system balancing, if applicable.
Northwest will consider customer specific entitlements or
curtailments for underperforming locations that contribute
adversely to pipeline conditions.
