Subject: Willard CS Outage - Maintenance Reminder
Notice Text:
As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest is performing work at the Willard CS
beginning on Gas Day October 18, 2024, through Gas Day October,
22, 2024. The cut point will be the Willard CS which will be
limited to 380,000 Dth/d northbound and 359,000 Dth/d
southbound for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Willard CS exceeds
the available capacity of 380,000 Dth/d northbound or 359,000
Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any
day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of
Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give
notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design
capacity of 540,000 Dth/d northbound or 407,000 Dth/d
southbound, respectively. The deficiency period will continue
until the work is completed on Gas Day October 22, 2024.
