As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's 
website, Northwest is performing maintenance at the Washougal 
CS on Gas Day October 14, 2024 through Gas Day October 17, 
2024, the Mountain Home compressor replacement on Gas Day 
October, 14, 2024 through Gas Day November 01, 2024, and the 
Willard CS outage on Gas Day October 18, 2024 through Gas Day 
October 22, 2024.

The cut point for the Washougal CS outage will be the Washougal 
CS which will be limited to 431,000 Dth/d northbound and 
509,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage.

The cut point for the Mountain Home compressor replacement will 
be the Reno Lateral Constraint which will be limited to 115,000 
Dth/d northbound for the duration of the outage.

The cut point for the Willard CS outage will be the Willard CS 
which will be limited to 380,000 Dth/d northbound and 359,000 
Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Washougal CS exceed 
the available capacity of 431,000 Dth/d northbound or 509,000 
Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any 
day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of 
Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give 
notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design 
capacity of 305,000 Dth/d northbound or 519,000 Dth/d 
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work 
is completed on Gas Day October 17, 2024. 

If primary nomination requests through the Reno Lateral 
Constraint exceed the available capacity of 115,000 Dth/d 
northbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of 
the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate 
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice 
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 
161,903 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue 
until the work is completed on Gas Day November 01, 2024. 

If primary nomination requests through the Willard CS exceed 
the available capacity of 380,000 Dth/d northbound or 359,000 
Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any 
day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of 
Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give 
notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design 
capacity of 540,000 Dth/d northbound or 407,000 Dth/d 
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work 
is completed on Gas Day October 22, 2024. 

Additionally, the Lava Hot Springs Blowdown Silencer Repair 
beginning Gas Day September 16, 2024, will be extended through 
Gas Day October 18, 2024.
