Subject: Green River CS ESD Test and Burley Solar Inspections - Maintenance Reminder

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest is performing the Green River CS ESD Test
beginning Gas Day August 20, 2024, through Gas Day August 20,
2024, and the Burley CS Solar Inspections beginning Gas Day
August 20, 2024, through Gas Day August 22, 2024.
The cut point for the Green River ESD Test will be the Green
River CS which will be limited to 258,000 Dth/d northbound for
the duration of the outage.
The cut point for the Burley CS Solar Inspections will be the
Burley CS which will be limited to 464,000 Dth/d northbound for
the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Green River CS
exceed the available capacity of 258,000 Dth/d northbound (or
whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
467,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue
until the work is completed on Gas Day August 20, 2024.
If primary nomination requests through the Burley CS exceed
the available capacity of 464,000 Dth/d northbound (or
whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
579,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue
until the work is completed on Gas Day August 22, 2024.
