As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's 
website, Northwest is performing the Pocatello Unit 1 
Maintenance at the Pocatello CS beginning Gas Day July 22, 
2024, through Gas Day July 26, 2024, the Albany Engine Exchange 
at the Albany CS beginning Gas Day July 22, 2024, through Gas 
Day July 26, 2024, the Soda Springs ESD at the Soda Springs CS 
beginning Gas Day July 23, 2024, through July 24, 2024, the 
Baker to Meacham SCCDA Digs #3 at the Meacham CS beginning Gas 
Day July 24, 2024, through Gas Day September 06, 2024, and the 
Boise Hydro Test #2 at the Boise CS beginning Gas Day July 25, 
2024, through Gas Day August 03, 2024. 

The cut point for the Pocatello Unit 1 Maintenance will be the 
Pocatello CS which will be limited to 596,000 Dth/d northbound 
for the duration of the outage. 

If primary nomination requests through the Pocatello CS exceed 
the available capacity of 596,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever 
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), 
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in 
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared 
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 610,000 Dth/d 
northbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work 
is completed on Gas Day July 26, 2024. 

The cut point for the Albany Engine Exchange will be the Albany 
CS which will be limited to 116,000 Dth/d northbound for the 
duration of the outage. 

If primary nomination requests through the Albany CS exceed 
the available capacity of 116,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever 
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), 
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in 
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared 
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 120,000 Dth/d 
northbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work 
is completed on Gas Day July 26, 2024. 

The cut point for the Soda Springs ESD will be the Soda Springs 
CS which will be limited to 570,000 Dth/d northbound for the 
duration of the outage. 

If primary nomination requests through the Soda Springs CS 
exceed the available capacity of 570,000 Dth/d northbound (or 
whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the 
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate 
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice 
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 
652,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue 
until the work is completed on Gas Day July 24, 2024. 

The cut point for the Baker to Meacham SCCDA Digs will be the 
Meacham CS which will be limited to 441,000 Dth/d southbound 
for the duration of the outage. 

If primary nomination requests through the Meacham CS exceed 
the available capacity of 441,000 Dth/d Southbound (or whatever 
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), 
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in 
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared 
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 500,000 Dth/d 
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work 
is completed on Gas Day September 06, 2024. 

The cut point for the Boise Hydro Test #2 will be the Boise CS 
which will be limited to 419,000 Dth/d northbound and 367,000 
Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage. 

If primary nomination requests through the Boise CS exceed the 
available capacity of 419,000 Dth/d northbound or 367,000 Dth/d 
southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of 
the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate 
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice 
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 
499,000 Dth/d northbound or 452,000 Dth/d southbound. The 
deficiency period will continue until the work is completed on 
Gas Day August 03, 2024.
