The cut point for the Burley Solar Inspections will be the Burley CS which will be limited to 464,000 Dth/d northbound for the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Burley CS exceed the available capacity of 464,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 579,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work is completed on Gas Day July 17, 2024.
If primary nomination requests through the Pocatello CS exceed the available capacity of 638,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 652,000 Dth/d northbound.
