As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's 
website, Northwest is performing a generator replacement at the 
McMinnville CS beginning Gas Day July 08, 2024, through Gas Day 
July 23, 2024, and an ESD Test at the Mt. Vernon CS beginning 
Gas Day July 09, 2024, through Gas Day July 10, 2024.

The cut point for the McMinnville Generator Replacement will be 
the McMinnville CS which will be limited to 171,000 Dth/d 
northbound for the duration of the outage.

The cut point for the Mt. Vernon ESD Test will be the Mt. 
Vernon CS which will be limited to 1,240,000 Dth/d southbound 
for the duration of the outage. 

If primary nomination requests through the McMinnville CS 
exceed the available capacity of 171,000 Dth/d northbound (or 
whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the 
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate 
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice 
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 
206,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue 
until the work is completed on Gas Day July 23, 2024. 

If primary nomination requests through the Mt. Vernon CS exceed 
the available capacity of 1,240,000 Dth/d southbound (or 
whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the 
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate 
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice 
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 
1,277,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue 
until the work is completed on Gas Day July 10, 2024.
