website, Northwest is performing M&ERP work at the Meacham CS
and at the Pleasant View CS beginning Gas Day June 24, 2024,
through Gas Day October 15, 2024.

The cut point for the Meacham M&ERP work will be the Meacham CS
which will be limited to 415,000 Dth/d northbound and 469,000

lowest available southbound capacity at the Meacham CS posted
on Northwest Pipeline’s website will take scheduling priority
when maintenance outages overlap.)

Pleasant View CS which will be limited to 259,000 Dth/d
northbound and 277,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the

Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any
day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of
Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give
notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design
capacity of 445,000 Dth/d northbound or 500,000 Dth/d
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
is completed on Gas Day October 15, 2024.

If primary nomination requests through the Pleasant View CS
exceed the available capacity of 259,000 Dth/d northbound or

during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2

will give notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a
design capacity of 281,000 Dth/d northbound or 351,000 Dth/d
