Subject: Gas Measurement System Extended Outage for Hub Upgrade
Notice Text:
An extended outage is necessary as part of an upgrading effort
to the Enterprise Integration Hub (EIH) database servers for
the Williams’ Gas Measurement System. We have chosen non-peak
hours to perform this update to help reduce the impact:
Friday, June 14, 2024, from 10 pm - Saturday, June 15,
2024, 6 am CST
The database will be unavailable for downstream systems to
access and read during the outage. Customers will experience
delays in some hourly, daily, or gas quality measurement
reporting. At the conclusion of the upgrade, it is expected all
missing data will be caught up and available within a few
hours.
