Subject: Vernal ESD and Solar Inspections - Maintenance Reminder

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest is performing work at the Vernal CS
beginning Gas Day May 20, 2024 through Gas Day May 23, 2024.
The cut point will be the Vernal CS which will be limited to
271,000 Dth/d northbound.
If primary nomination requests through the Vernal CS exceed
the available capacity of 271,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 353,000 Dth/d
northbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
is completed on May 23, 2024.
