Subject: Force Majeure caused by Jackson Prairie outage

Due to a supply disruption at the Puget’s Jackson Prairie
Storage facility, Northwest is invoking Section 14.14 of its
General Terms & Conditions (“GT&Cs”) of its FERC Gas Tariff
(“Tariff”). To maintain system integrity, Northwest is
declaring a Force Majeure event under Section 9 of the GT&Cs of
Northwest’s Tariff. Northwest is working with Puget and all
other upstream and downstream interconnect(s)and customers to
remediate flows for Gas Day January 13, 2024. Puget is working
diligently to bring the storage facility back online as soon as
possible.
This is effective immediately and until further notice.
