As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's 
website, Northwest is performing maintenance at the following 
locations:

- McMinnville CS beginning gas day May 12, 2025, through 
        gas day May 16, 2025.

- Vernal CS beginning gas day May 12, 2025, through gas 
        day May 16, 2025.

- Buhl CS beginning gas day May 13, 2025, through gas 
        day May 14, 2025.

- Mt. Vernon CS beginning gas day May 13, 2025, through gas 
        day May 14, 2025.

- Willard CS beginning gas day May 14, 2025, through gas 
        day May 16, 2025.

The McMinnville CS will be limited to 157,000 Dth/d northbound 
for the duration of the outage. 

If primary nomination requests through the McMinnville CS 
exceeds the available capacity of 157,000 Dth/d northbound (or 
whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the 
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate 
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice 
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 
207,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue 
until the work is completed on gas day May 16, 2025. 

The Vernal CS will be limited to 271,000 Dth/d northbound 
and 291,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage. 

If primary nomination requests through the Vernal CS exceeds 
the available capacity of 271,000 Dth/d northbound or 291,000 
Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any 
day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of 
Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give 
notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design 
capacity of 353,000 Dth/d northbound or 324,000 Dth/d 
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work 
is completed on gas day May 16, 2025. 

The Buhl CS will be limited to 506,000 Dth/d northbound for the 
duration of the outage. 

If primary nomination requests through the Buhl CS exceeds the 
available capacity of 506,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever NWP 
cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to 
Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's 
Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency 
Period based on a design capacity of 578,000 Dth/d northbound. 
The deficiency period will continue until the work is completed 
on gas day May 14, 2025. 

The Mt. Vernon CS will be limited to 1,177,000 Dth/d southbound 
for the duration of the outage. 

If primary nomination requests through the Mt. Vernon CS 
exceeds the available capacity of 1,177,000 Dth/d southbound 
(or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the 
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate 
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice 
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 
1,277,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue 
until the work is completed on gas day May 14, 2025. 

The Willard CS will be limited to 481,000 Dth/d northbound for 
the duration of the outage. 

If primary nomination requests through the Willard CS exceeds 
the available capacity of 481,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever 
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), 
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in 
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared 
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 540,000 Dth/d 
northbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work 
is completed on gas day May 16, 2025.
