Subject: Green River M&ERP Cut Point Correction

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
Website and referenced in Notice #24-129, Northwest is
performing the Green River M&ERP outage beginning Gas Day
August 29, 2024, through Gas Day October 10, 2024.
There has been a correction to the cut point that was
previously communicated. The cut point will be the Green River
North Constraint which will be limited to 262,000 Dth/d
northbound for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Green River North
Constraint exceeds the available capacity of 262,000 Dth/d
northbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of
the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
455,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue
until the work is completed on Gas Day October 10, 2024.
