Subject: 941 Hydro Test - Maintenance Reminder
Notice Text:
As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest is performing the 941 Hydro Test beginning
Gas Day August 08, 2024, through Gas Day August 19, 2024. The
cut points will be the Meacham CS which will be limited to
287,000 Dth/d southbound and the Boise CS which will be limited
to 350,000 Dth/d northbound.
If primary nomination requests through the Meacham CS exceed
the available capacity of 287,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 500,000 Dth/d
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
is completed on Gas Day August 18, 2024.
If primary nomination requests through the Boise CS exceed the
available capacity of 350,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever NWP
cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to
Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's
Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency
Period based on a design capacity of 499,000 Dth/d northbound.
The deficiency period will continue until the work is completed
on Gas Day August 18, 2024.
