Northwest has added a new unplanned maintenance project to the
maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline’s website. Northwest
is performing work on Unit 1 at the Chehalis CS beginning Gas
Day July 29, 2024, through Gas Day July 31, 2024. The available
southbound capacity at the Chehalis CS will be limited to the
design capacity of 672,000 Dth/d southbound.
Northwest Pipeline will work diligently to bring this station
back into service as quickly as possible to minimize any
impacts.
As a reminder and as posted in the maintenance schedule on
Northwest Pipeline's website, Northwest is performing an ESD
Test and Solar Inspections at the Albany CS beginning Gas Day
July 30, 2024, through Gas Day July 31, 2024. The cut point
will be the Albany CS which will be limited to 116,000 Dth/d
southbound for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Albany CS exceed
the available capacity of 116,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 120,000 Dth/d
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
is completed on Gas Day July 31, 2024.
