Subject: Moab DOT Replacement - Maintenance Reminder

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest is beginning the Moab DOT Replacement
beginning Gas Day July 09, 2024, through Gas Day July 21, 2024.
During this outage the pipeline will be isolated between the
Moab CS and Cisco CS corridor. The cut points will be the Cisco
CS which will be limited to net 0 Dth/d southbound and the Moab
CS which will be limited to net 0 Dth/d northbound.
If primary nomination requests through Cisco CS exceed the
available capacity of net 0 Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP
cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to
Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's
Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency
Period based on a design capacity of 359,000 Dth/d southbound.
The deficiency period will continue until the work is completed
on Gas Day July 21, 2024.
If primary nomination requests through Moab CS exceed the
available capacity of net 0 Dth/d northbound (or whatever NWP
cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to
Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's
Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency
Period based on a design capacity of 291,000 Dth/d northbound.
The deficiency period will continue until the work is completed
on Gas Day July 21, 2024.
