Subject: Baker to Meacham SCCDA Digs - NEW Maintenance Update

Northwest Pipeline would like to inform its customers that
there have been additional changes to the available southbound
capacity at the Meacham CS for the Baker to Meacham SCCDA Digs
from Gas Day June 05, 2024, through Gas Day August 16, 2024, as
posted on Northwest Pipeline’s website and referenced in All
Shipper Notice #24-097.
Effective Gas Day June 24, 2024, through Gas Day July 23, 2024,
the southbound capacity at the Meacham CS will be limited to
309,000 Dth/d; and, effective Gas Day July 24, 2024, through
Gas Day August 16, 2024, the southbound capacity at the Meacham
CS will be limited to 441,000 Dth/d.
If primary nomination requests through the Meacham CS exceed
the available southbound capacities detailed above from Gas Day
June 24, 2024, through Gas Day August 16, 2024, (or whatever
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 500,000 Dth/d
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
is completed on Gas Day August 16, 2024.
