Subject: Baker to Meacham SCDDA Digs - Maintenance Update
Notice Text:
As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline’s
website, Northwest has been performing SCCDA Digs between the
Baker to Meacham corridor since Gas Day June 05, 2024. To
continue to safely excavate the line due to current pipeline
conditions, the southbound flow will have to be restricted
through the Meacham CS to 460,000 Dth/d southbound effective
Gas Day June 17, 2024 through Gas Day August 16, 2024.
If primary nomination requests through the Meacham CS exceed
the available capacity of 460,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 500,000 Dth/d
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
is completed on Gas Day August 16, 2024.
