Subject: Zillah Engine Exchange & Burley ESD Test - Maintenance Reminder

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest is performing work at the Zillah CS
beginning Gas Day June 17, 2024 through Gas Day June 27, 2024
and at the Burley CS beginning Gas Day June 18, 2024 through
Gas Day June 19, 2024.
The cut point for the Zillah CS Engine Exchange will be the
Zillah CS which will be limited to 29,000 Dth/d northbound for
the duration of the project.
The cut point for the Burley CS ESD Test will be the Burley CS
which will be limited to 464,000 Dth/d northbound for the
duration of the project.
If primary nomination requests through the Zillah CS exceed the
available capacity of 29,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever NWP
cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to
Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's
Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency
Period based on a design capacity of 49,114 Dth/d northbound.
The deficiency period will continue until the work is completed
on Gas Day June 27, 2024.
If primary nomination requests through the Burley CS exceed the
available capacity of 464,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever NWP
cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to
Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's
Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency
Period based on a design capacity of 579,000 Dth/d northbound.
The deficiency period will continue until the work is completed
on Gas Day June 19, 2024.
