Subject: Washougal Unit 2 Solar Inspections - Maintenance Reminder

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest is performing Solar Inspections at the
Washougal CS beginning Gas Day June 03, 2024 through Gas Day
June 05, 2024. The cut points will be the Washougal North
Constraint for southbound flows which will be limited to
511,000 Dth/d southbound and the Washougal South Constraint for
northbound flows which will be limited to 431,000 Dth/d
northbound.
If primary nomination requests through the Washougal North
Constraint exceeds the available capacity of 511,000 Dth/d
southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of
the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
521,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue
until the work is completed on Gas Day June 05, 2024.
If primary nomination requests through the Washougal South
Constraint exceeds the available capacity of 431,000 Dth/d
northbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of
the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
539,822 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue
until the work is completed on Gas Day June 05, 2024.
