Subject: Pegram and Lava CS Recompression Install - Maintenance Reminder

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest is performing work at the Pegram CS
beginning Gas Day April 29, 2024 through Gas Day May 02, 2024
and at the Lava CS beginning on Gas Day May 02, 2024 through
Gas Day May 06, 2024. The cut point will be the Kemmerer CS
which will be limited to 585,000 Dth/d northbound.
If primary nomination requests through the Kemmerer CS exceed
the available capacity of 585,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 655,000 Dth/d
northbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
is completed on May 06, 2024.
