Northwest has added a new unplanned maintenance project to the
maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline’s website. Northwest
is performing Solar Inspections at the Buhl Compressor Station
beginning on Gas Day April 8, 2024 through Gas Day April 12,

note, Northwest does not anticipate any impacts to customers
during this outage window.

However, if primary nomination requests through the Buhl
Compressor Station exceed the available capacity of 506,000
Dth/d Northbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any
day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of
Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give
notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design
capacity of 578,000 Dth/d Northbound. The deficiency period
will continue until the work is completed on Gas Day April 12,
2024.

Furthermore, as posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest
Pipeline's website, Northwest is performing a PLC 5 Upgrade at
the Chehalis Compressor Station beginning on Gas Day April 9,
2024 through GD April 23, 2024. The cut point will be the
Chehalis Compressor Station which will be limited to 296,000

If primary nomination requests through the Chehalis Compressor
Station exceed the available capacity of 296,000 Dth/d
Northbound or 490,000 Dth/d Southbound (or whatever NWP cannot
mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to
Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's
Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency
Period based on a design capacity of 759,000 Dth/d Northbound
