Subject: JoP Operational update and Stage I (3%) Overrun Entitlement
Notice Text:
Puget Sound Energy, operator of the Jackson Prairie facility,
has notified Northwest Pipeline that service has been restored
at the facility. Northwest Pipeline is lifting the Force
Majeure declared in Notice 24-019. While this is good news, the
system will be in recovery mode until linepacks are sufficient
to meet operational needs once again. Northwest will use
reasonable judgement to maintain system integrity and line
pack, as per Section 14.14 of our General Terms & Conditions of
our FERC Gas Tariff.
We are also revising the Stage II (8%) Overrun Entitlement
period in All Shipper’s Notice ID 24-007 to a Stage I (3%)
Overrun Entitlement period for all Receiving Parties north of
the Kemmerer compressor station, starting from Gas Day Sunday,
January 14, 2024.
Please secure adequate supplies to meet your demand during this
critical period. We will update you on the system status by 9am
CST Sunday, January 14th.
