Subject: Entitlement and Cold Weather Reminder

As referenced in Notice ID 24-007, Northwest has declared a
Stage II (8%) Overrun Entitlement for all Receiving Parties
north of the Kemmerer compressor station effective Gas Day
Friday, January 12, 2024 until further notice. Northwest will
be closely monitoring the health of the system during the
duration of the cold weather event. In the case operational
need requires such, Northwest will upgrade the Entitlement to a
Stage I (3%) to further protect the system line packs and
storage account balances.
Northwest will deny any Post-ID nominations that would
negatively impact our account at Jackson Prairie. Please secure
adequate supply to meet demand and avoid drafting the system.
