Subject: Cisco CS - Maintenance Update

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website and as referenced in Notice ID 23-283, Northwest is
continuing to work diligently to bring the Cisco Compressor
Station back into full service as soon as possible. The
available capacity was initially restricted to 266,000 Dth/d
Southbound, however, this has now been increased to an
available capacity to 282,000 Dth/d Southbound.
Effective gas day January 10, 2024 in the ID2 Cycle, the new
available capacity at the Cisco Compressor Sation will be
limited to 282,000 Dth/d Southbound until the repairs have been
completed.
If primary nomination requests through the Cisco Compressor
Station exceeds the available capacity of 282,000 Dth/d
Southbound (or whatever Northwest cannot mitigate during any
day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of
Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give
notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on Firm Primary
Rights of 359,000 Dth/d Southbound. The deficiency period will
continue until the work has been completed.
