Subject: Vernal Compressor Station Deficiency Period
Notice Text:
As part of Northwest’s scheduled maintenance and as indicated
in All Shippers Notice #23-187, Northwest is currently
performing a hydrotest in the Vernal District from
September 14, 2023 through September 23, 2023.
Primary nomination requests at the Vernal Compressor Station
have exceeded the available capacity of net 0 Dth/d Northbound
(or whatever Northwest cannot mitigate). Therefore, pursuant to
Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's
Tariff, Northwest hereby gives notice of a Deficiency Period
for Gas Day Thursday, September 14, 2023. The Deficiency will
be calculated based on a design capacity of 353,000 Dth/d
northbound. The Deficiency Period will continue until the work
is completed on September 23, 2023. Northwest will post on its
EBB if unable to mitigate volumes each day until the work is
completed.
