Subject: Snohomish Compressor Station Declared Deficiency Period
Notice Text:
As part of Northwest’s scheduled maintenance and as indicated
in All Shippers Notice #23-172, Northwest is currently
performing work at the Snohomish Compressor Station from
September 6, 2023 through September 22, 2023.
Primary nomination requests at the Snohomish Compressor Station
have exceeded the available capacity of 853,000 Dth/d
Southbound (or whatever Northwest can mitigate). Therefore,
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest hereby gives notice of a
Deficiency Period for Gas Day Tuesday, September 12, 2023.
The Deficiency will be calculated based on a design capacity of
1,118,000 Dth/d Southbound and available capacity of 853,000
Dth/d Southbound at the Snohomish Compressor Station. The
Deficiency Period will continue until the work is completed on
September 22, 2023. Northwest will post on its EBB if unable to
mitigate volumes each day until the work is completed.
