Subject: Snohomish and Sumner Maintenance - Update

Northwest Pipeline would like to inform its customers the
Snohomish CS Electric Start System and the Sumner CS Electric
Start System projects have been rescheduled.
The Snohomish outage will now begin on September 5, 2023
through September 22, 2023. Beginning September 5, 2023, the
capacity through Snohomish CS will be limited to 853,000 Dth/d
southbound.
The Sumner outage will now begin on September 25, 2023 through
October 7, 2023. Beginning September 25, 2023, the capacity
through Sumner CS will be limited to 743,000 Dth/d Southbound
