Subject: Delayed Hourly Measurement Beginning Aug 21, 7pm CCT

Williams SCADA team will need to take an outage beginning at
7:00 PM CCT, Monday, August 21, 2023, to perform some new
configurations for the EFM Collection System. During the
outage, updated hourly measurements are expected to be delayed
up to three hours. Once completed, the measurement is expected
to take one to two hours to catch up. This process will occur
again on Tuesday, August 22 and Wednesday, August 23, 2023.
