Subject:  Chehalis Compressor Station Deficiency Period

As indicated in All Shippers Notice #26-193, Northwest is&nbsp;<br />currently performing maintenance near the Chehalis Compressor&nbsp;<br />Station.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /><br />Primary northbound nomination requests at the Chehalis CS have&nbsp;<br />exceeded the available capacity of 492,000 Dth/d southbound (or&nbsp;<br />whatever Northwest cannot mitigate). Therefore, pursuant to&nbsp;<br />Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's&nbsp;<br />Tariff, Northwest hereby gives notice of a Deficiency Period&nbsp;<br />for Gas Day September 24, 2026. The Deficiency will be&nbsp;<br />calculated based on a design capacity of 672,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />southbound. The Deficiency Period will continue until the work&nbsp;<br />is completed.
