Northwest is experiencing unplanned maintenance at the Rangely&nbsp;<br />compressor station, located at MP 278.2 in Rio Blanco County,&nbsp;<br />Colorado. Initial assessments indicate this outage is expected&nbsp;<br />last 14 days to complete the required repairs.<br /><br />Northwest is doing everything possible to complete the work as&nbsp;<br />quickly and safely as possible to bring in this timeline and&nbsp;<br />will provide updates on our EBB as additional information&nbsp;<br />becomes available.&nbsp;<br /><br />Effective Gas Day Thursday, August 20, 2026, the available&nbsp;<br />capacity at the Rangely compressor station will be limited to&nbsp;<br />290,000 Dth/d northbound.<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through the Rangel CS exceeds&nbsp;<br />the available capacity of 290,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever&nbsp;<br />NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),&nbsp;<br />pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in&nbsp;<br />Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared&nbsp;<br />Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 350,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />Northbound.
