<p class="pf0"><span class="cf0">As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's </span></p><p class="pf0"><span class="cf0">Website and referenced in Notice ID 25-198, Northwest was </span></p><p class="pf0"><span class="cf0">scheduled to perform the Sumner ESD on gas day October 28, </span></p><p class="pf0"><span class="cf0">2025, which will now be rescheduled to commence on gas day </span></p><p class="pf0"><span class="cf0">October 30, 2025. Northwest is rescheduling this outage to </span></p><p class="pf0"><span class="cf0">allow Operations to conduct their work safely due to </span></p><p class="pf0"><span class="cf0">potentially inclement weather in the area.</span></p><p class="pf0">&nbsp;</p><p class="pf0"><span class="cf0">The Sumner CS will be limited to 816,000 Dth/d southbound</span></p><p class="pf0">&nbsp;</p><p class="pf0"><span class="cf0">If primary nomination requests through the Sumner CS exceeds </span></p><p class="pf0"><span class="cf0">the available capacity of 816,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever </span></p><p class="pf0"><span class="cf0">NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), </span></p><p class="pf0"><span class="cf0">pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in </span></p><p class="pf0"><span class="cf0">Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared </span></p><p class="pf0"><span class="cf0">Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 1,033,000 Dth/d </span></p><p class="pf0"><span class="cf0">southbound.
