Due to pipeline conditions, Northwest Pipeline is increasing<br />the available southbound capacity through the Caldwell<br />Compressor Station during the scheduled maintenance ending Gas<br />Day October 27, 2025.<br /><br />Effective Gas Day 26, the Caldwell CS will be limited to<br />409,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage.<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through the Caldwell CS exceeds&nbsp;<br />the available capacity of 409,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever&nbsp;<br />NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),&nbsp;<br />pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in&nbsp;<br />Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared&nbsp;<br />Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 475,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />southbound.
