<p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">As indicated in All Shippers Notice #25-162, Northwest is </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">currently performing DOT Hydro Tests though the Caldwell </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">compressor station September 23, 2025 through October 27, 2025. </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Primary southbound nomination requests at the Caldwell CS have </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">exceeded the available capacity of 358,000 Dth/d southbound (or </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">whatever Northwest cannot mitigate). Therefore, pursuant to </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Tariff, Northwest hereby gives notice of a Deficiency Period </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">for Gas Day September 23, 2025. The Deficiency will be </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">calculated based on a design capacity of 475,000 Dth/d </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">southbound. The Deficiency Period will continue until the work </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">is completed.
