Subject:  Caldwell Compressor Station Deficiency Period

As indicated in All Shippers Notice #25-145, Northwest is&nbsp;<br />currently performing DOT Hydro Tests though the Caldwell&nbsp;<br />compressor station August 26, 2025 through September 19, 2025.&nbsp;<br /><br />Primary southbound nomination requests at the Caldwell CS have&nbsp;<br />exceeded the available capacity of 329,000 Dth/d southbound (or&nbsp;<br />whatever Northwest cannot mitigate). Therefore, pursuant to&nbsp;<br />Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's&nbsp;<br />Tariff, Northwest hereby gives notice of a Deficiency Period&nbsp;<br />for Gas Day September 18, 2025. The Deficiency will be&nbsp;<br />calculated based on a design capacity of 475,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />southbound. The Deficiency Period will continue until the work&nbsp;<br />is completed.
