Northwest is experiencing high line pack on the system and has<br />limited injections into storage as Jackson Prairie continues to<br />fill.&nbsp;<br /><br />Due to the limited flexibility, Northwest is declaring a Stage&nbsp;<br />III (13%) Underrun Entitlement for all Receiving Parties north<br />of the Kemmerer compressor station effective Gas Day Friday,&nbsp;<br />September 19, 2025. This entitlement includes all points on the&nbsp;<br />Spokane, Wenatchee, and Grants Pass laterals.<br /><br />Please avoid acquiring supply above demand in order to prevent&nbsp;<br />banking on the system. Underperformance of interconnecting&nbsp;<br />pipelines will also be considered if contributing adversely to&nbsp;<br />pipeline conditions.<br /><br />If you have any questions, please contact your Commercial&nbsp;<br />Services Representative or the hotline at 713-215-6301.
