<p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Northwest is experiencing construction delays for the Boise DOT </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Part I Hydrotest and will now complete on September 19<sup>th</sup> with </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">service returned for Gas Day September 20<sup>th</sup>, 2025. </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Capacity remains at 340,000 Dth/d northbound at Boise CS and </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">329,000 Dth/d southbound at Caldwell CS.
