Subject:  Moab DOT Hydro Test Update

<p>As referenced in All Shippers Notice #25-097, the Moab DOT</p><p>Hydrotest between Pleasant View CS and the La Plata B CS that</p><p>was scheduled to begin Gas Day July 15, 2025 through Gas Day</p><p>July 25, 2025 has been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances</p><p>after initial start of work. The schedule has been revised with</p><p>testing to restart on Gas Day July 22, 2025 through Gas Day</p><p>August 1, 2025.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>In the interim, Northwest Pipeline will lift the Deficiency</p><p>Period (All Shippers Notice #25-099) and place the line back</p><p>in-service starting Gas Day July 17 through Gas Day July 21.</p><p>This ensures continued service, reliability and minimizes</p><p>disruption to its customers.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to</p><p>complete this testing safely and efficiently. </p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Please reference the Maintenance Schedule tab at </p><p>www.northwest.williams.com for more information.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>If you have any questions, please contact your Commercial </p><p>Services Representative or the hotline at 713-215-6301.</p>
