<p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">website, Northwest is performing maintenance at </span><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Muddy Creek CS </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">beginning gas day July 07, 2025, through </span><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">gas day October 15, </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">2025.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';"></span><span style="font-family:'Courier New';"></span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">The Muddy Creek North Constraint will be limited to 717,000 </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Dth/d northbound for the duration of the outage.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">If primary nomination requests through the Muddy Creek North </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Constraint exceeds the available capacity of 717,000 Dth/d </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">northbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">774,992 Dth/d northbound.
