<p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';"></span><span style="font-family:'Courier New';"></span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">As indicated in All Shippers Notice #25-089, Northwest is </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">currently performing maintenance at the Meachum compressor </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">station through gas day July 3, 2025.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Primary southbound nomination requests at the Meachum CS have </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">exceeded the available capacity of 461,000 Dth/d southbound (or </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">whatever Northwest cannot mitigate). Therefore, pursuant to </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Tariff, Northwest hereby gives notice of a Deficiency Period </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">for Gas Day July 2, 2025. The Deficiency will be calculated </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">based on a design capacity of 500,000 Dth/d southbound.
