<p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">AT&amp;T (and AT&amp;T FirstNet) will be discontinuing their Email </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Messaging Gateway (EMG) service on June 17, 2025. With this </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">change, text messages will no longer be able to be sent from an </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">email address. </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">For all AT&amp;T cellular customers, you will no longer receive </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">text message alerts from Northwest Passage in conjunction with </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">OFO notices and Critical notices. You will still receive email </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">notification of all critical notices, if elected to receive </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">them, and status of OFO issuance can be checked on our public </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">website shortly after the completion of Timely cycle during an </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">OFO recall period. All shippers with any OFO obligations will </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">continue to receive an individualized email with requirements.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">To make sure you are set up to receive emails for critical </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">notices, log in to Passage </span><span style="font-family:Wingdings;"><span>&agrave;</span></span><span style="font-family:'Courier New';"> click the gearbox in the upper </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">righthand corner </span><span style="font-family:Wingdings;"><span>&agrave;</span></span><span style="font-family:'Courier New';"> tab over to &ldquo;Notification&rdquo; </span><span style="font-family:Wingdings;"><span>&agrave;</span></span><span style="font-family:'Courier New';"> ensure &ldquo;Email&rdquo; </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">box is checked for Critical Notices Email Recipient.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">If you have any questions, please call your Commercial Services </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Representative or the hotline at 713-215-6301.</span></p>
