As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's&nbsp;<br />website, Northwest is performing maintenance at the Rangely CS&nbsp;<br />beginning Gas Day April 14, 2025, through Gas Day April 17,&nbsp;<br />2025, and Willard CS Gas Day beginning April 15, 2025, through&nbsp;<br />April 18, 2025.<br /><br />The cut point for the Rangely CS outage will be the Rangely CS&nbsp;<br />which will be limited to 258,000 Dth/d northbound and 131,000&nbsp;<br />Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage.&nbsp;<br /><br />The cut point for the Willard CS ESD Test will be the Willard&nbsp;<br />CS which will be limited to 380,000 Dth/d northbound and&nbsp;<br />383,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage.&nbsp;<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through the Rangely CS exceeds&nbsp;<br />the available capacity of 258,000 Dth/d northbound or 131,000&nbsp;<br />Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any&nbsp;<br />day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of&nbsp;<br />Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give&nbsp;<br />notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design&nbsp;<br />capacity of 350,000 Dth/d northbound or 297,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work&nbsp;<br />is completed on Gas Day April 17, 2025.&nbsp;<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through the Willard CS exceeds&nbsp;<br />the available capacity of 380,000 Dth/d northbound or 383,000&nbsp;<br />Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any&nbsp;<br />day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of&nbsp;<br />Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give&nbsp;<br />notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design&nbsp;<br />capacity of 540,000 Dth/d northbound or 431,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />southbound.
