Due to excessive banking and to preserve Northwest Pipeline&rsquo;s&nbsp;<br />system balancing and line pack targets, Northwest is declaring&nbsp;<br />a Stage III (13%) Underrun Entitlement for all Receiving&nbsp;<br />Parties north of the Kemmerer compressor station beginning&nbsp;<br />March 27, 2025. This entitlement includes all points on the&nbsp;<br />Spokane, Wenatchee and Grants Pass laterals and shall continue&nbsp;<br />until further notice.<br /><br />Northwest will provide updates as soon as new information is&nbsp;<br />available.<br /><br />If you have any questions, please contact your Commercial&nbsp;<br />Services Representative or the hotline at 713-215-6301.
