<p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Northwest is experiencing high line pack on the system. As we </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">prepare for an extended period of warmer than average </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">temperatures, we will diligently review activity from shippers </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">and interconnecting pipelines alike. </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">For any party contributing adversely to pipeline conditions </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">with banked gas starting Gas Day Wednesday, March 26, 2025, </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">Northwest will consider a customer-specific entitlement or </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">underperformance cut notice, as appropriate for the offending </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Courier New';">party.
