Northwest will hold the annual maintenance conference call on&nbsp;<br />Wednesday, March 19, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM PT / 1:00&nbsp;<br />PM to 2:00 PM CT. This meeting will be held as a &ldquo;Teams&rdquo;&nbsp;<br />meeting this year and to receive an invitation, please email&nbsp;<br />Joe Murray at Joe.Murray@williams.com prior to March 19, 2025.<br /><br />The 2025 maintenance schedule will be posted on Northwest&rsquo;s&nbsp;<br />portal prior to the meeting at www.northwest.williams.com.&nbsp;<br />The information on the schedule will represent Northwest's best&nbsp;<br />estimates given the information currently available.<br /><br />Please note, the estimated capacity reductions and project&nbsp;<br />durations are dependent on many variables and are subject to&nbsp;<br />change. Northwest will update the schedule as the projects&nbsp;<br />progress and new information becomes available.<br /><br />As a reminder, this meeting is for the limited purpose of pre-<br />planning maintenance for 2025 to minimize service disruptions&nbsp;<br />where possible.<br /><br />While this planning provides real benefit to our customers,&nbsp;<br />we need to be mindful of antitrust sensitivities, and&nbsp;<br />accordingly should:<br />-<span style="white-space-collapse:preserve;">	</span>Strictly limit all discussions to what is necessary for&nbsp;<br />the maintenance pre-planning to minimize service&nbsp;<br />disruptions,<br />-<span style="white-space-collapse:preserve;">	</span>Not discuss any separate competitive activities or&nbsp;<br />commercially sensitive matters such as pricing or&nbsp;<br />business plans, and<br />-<span style="white-space-collapse:preserve;">	</span>Be vigilant to avoid even the appearance of improper&nbsp;<br />conversations.<br /><br /><br />Please reference the Maintenance Schedule tab at&nbsp;<br />www.northwest.williams.com for more information.<br /><br /><br />If you have any questions, please call your Commercial Services&nbsp;<br />Representative or the hotline at 713-215-6301.<br />
