Subject:  Caldwell CS - Unplanned Maintenance

Northwest is experiencing unplanned maintenance at the Caldwell&nbsp;<br />Compressor Station and is currently working to rectify the&nbsp;<br />issue.&nbsp;<br /><br />Beginning Gas Day February 21, 2025, if primary firm nomination&nbsp;<br />requests through the Caldwell Compressor Station exceed the&nbsp;<br />available capacity of 440,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever&nbsp;<br />Northwest cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),&nbsp;<br />pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in&nbsp;<br />Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared&nbsp;<br />Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 475,000 Dth/d&nbsp;<br />southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work&nbsp;<br />is completed.<br /><br />Northwest apologizes for the inconvenience and will work&nbsp;<br />diligently to put the station back in service as soon as&nbsp;<br />possible.
