Due to excessive drafting and to preserve Northwest&rsquo;s storage&nbsp;<br />inventories during the winter season, Northwest is issuing an&nbsp;<br />Overrun Entitlement Warning for all Receiving Parties north of&nbsp;<br />the Kemmerer compressor station beginning Gas Day Thursday,&nbsp;<br />December 05, 2024, until further notice.&nbsp;<br /><br />As a reminder and pursuant to Section 14.6(c) of its Tariff,&nbsp;<br />customer-specific entitlements may be issued to Receiving&nbsp;<br />Parties that:<br /><br />1)<span style="white-space-collapse:preserve;">	</span>has contributed to the adverse operating conditions for at&nbsp;<br />least two consecutive days; and&nbsp;<br /><br />2)<span style="white-space-collapse:preserve;">	</span>whose actual measured deliveries have deviated from&nbsp;<br />scheduled deliveries for the previous Gas Day by the greater of&nbsp;<br />10,000 Dth or 5 percent.<br /><br />Please remain diligent in managing supply and demand and avoid&nbsp;<br />drafting the system. Off system balancing on Northwest&rsquo;s&nbsp;<br />Electronic Bulletin Board is currently designated as &ldquo;No&rdquo; for all&nbsp;<br />areas.<br /><br />In addition, Northwest will not be accepting Post ID nomination<br />changes that negatively impact Northwest&rsquo;s storage balancing<br />accounts until further notice.<br /><br /><br />If you have any questions, please contact your Commercial&nbsp;<br />Services Representative or the Scheduling Hotline at 713-215-<br />6301.<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;
