Subject: Snake to Snake Immediate Digs and new Goldendale Outage - Maintenance Schedule U

Northwest Pipeline would like to inform its customers that the
schedule for the Snake River to Snake River Immediate Digs
referenced in All Shipper Notice #24-176 has been extended from
Gas Day October 31, 2024, to Gas Day November 6, 2024.
Additionally, Northwest has added the following outage to the
maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline’s website. Northwest
is performing repairs to Unit 2 at the Goldendale CS beginning
Gas Day October 30, 2024, through Gas Day October 31, 2024. The
available northbound capacity will be limited to 375,000 Dth/d
and the available southbound capacity will be limited to
375,000 Dth/d for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Goldendale CS exceed
the available capacity of 375,000 Dth/d northbound or 375,000
Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any
day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of
Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give
notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design
capacity of 543,000 Dth/d northbound or 393,000 Dth/d
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
is completed on Gas Day October 31, 2024.
