As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's&nbsp;<br />website, Northwest is performing the Green River CS ESD Test&nbsp;<br />beginning Gas Day August 20, 2024, through Gas Day August 20,&nbsp;<br />2024, and the Burley CS Solar Inspections beginning Gas Day&nbsp;<br />August 20, 2024, through Gas Day August 22, 2024.<br /><br />The cut point for the Green River ESD Test will be the Green&nbsp;<br />River CS which will be limited to 258,000 Dth/d northbound for&nbsp;<br />the duration of the outage.<br /><br />The cut point for the Burley CS Solar Inspections will be the&nbsp;<br />Burley CS which will be limited to 464,000 Dth/d northbound for&nbsp;<br />the duration of the outage.&nbsp;<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through the Green River CS&nbsp;<br />exceed the available capacity of 258,000 Dth/d northbound (or&nbsp;<br />whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the&nbsp;<br />maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate&nbsp;<br />Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice&nbsp;<br />of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of&nbsp;<br />467,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue&nbsp;<br />until the work is completed on Gas Day August 20, 2024.&nbsp;<br /><br />If primary nomination requests through the Burley CS exceed&nbsp;<br />the available capacity of 464,000 Dth/d northbound (or&nbsp;<br />whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the&nbsp;<br />maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate&nbsp;<br />Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice&nbsp;<br />of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of&nbsp;<br />579,000 Dth/d northbound.
